Spacious 100 m² apartment with a large 20 m² terrace, ideal for sunbathing, with wonderful views of Benalmádena’s marina. It features sun loungers, a table for dining on the terrace, and all comforts including internet access and a smart TV. Surrounded by all services and leisure areas in the heart of Puerto Marina. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
The minimum number of days required to book is 5 in summer and 3 during the rest of the year.

40% of the booking amount will be charged by card at the time of reservation, and the remainder will be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by card, as you prefer.
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events allowed.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM.
- The air conditioning is coin-operated to avoid wasting energy if you forget to turn it off. We pre-load a credit upon arrival according to responsible usage.
For check-ins after 24:00, an additional fee of 40€ will be charged.
Parking: Parking available upon prior request, at a cost of 10€ per day.

1. Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your stay, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. This payment serves as a deposit and guarantees the availability of the selected accommodation.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation with a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours after completing the booking, in case of an error or any unforeseen circumstance.
After this 24-hour period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any cancellation made beyond this timeframe will result in the full loss of the amount paid.
3. No Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a late cancellation and will lead to the loss of the deposit.
If you expect to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
4. Modifications
Any request to modify dates or reservation details is subject to availability and may result in a change of price. Modifications do not alter the cancellation conditions outlined above.
