Benalmádena Costa: Wonderful apartment next to the promenade in Benalmádena. Spacious terrace with views of the marina, very peaceful and equipped with all comforts. One bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen. Just 100 meters from Santa Ana Beach and a few minutes’ walk from Puerto Marina. Surrounded by all services and restaurants to fully enjoy your holiday.
- The minimum stay required to book is 5 days.

- A 40% deposit of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival, either in cash or by card, as you prefer.
- Security deposit: A minimum deposit of €150 on a credit card is required in case of any damage to the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not permitted.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM.
For check-ins after 12:00 AM, an additional fee of €40 will be charged.
Parking available upon prior request, at a cost of €10 per day.

1. Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your stay, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. This payment serves as a deposit and guarantees the availability of the selected accommodation.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation with a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours after completing the booking, in case of an error or any unforeseen circumstance.
After this 24-hour period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any cancellation made beyond this timeframe will result in the full loss of the amount paid.
3. No Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a late cancellation and will lead to the loss of the deposit.
If you expect to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
4. Modifications
Any request to modify dates or reservation details is subject to availability and may result in a change of price. Modifications do not alter the cancellation conditions outlined above.
