Stunning seaside penthouse, very spacious and equipped with every comfort. It features one bedroom, a large open-plan living room and kitchen, and a spectacular terrace perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an al fresco dinner with a glass of wine. Ideally located just 50 meters from Bil Bil Beach, surrounded by restaurants and all the amenities you need for a perfect holiday.
- The minimum stay is 5 days in summer and 3 days during the rest of the year.

- 40% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by card, as you prefer.
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events allowed.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out must be before 11:00 AM.
- The air conditioning is coin-operated to avoid wasting energy if you forget to turn it off. We pre-load a credit upon arrival according to responsible usage.
For check-ins after 12:00 AM, an additional fee of €40 will be charged.
Parking available upon prior request, at a cost of €10 per day.

1. Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your stay, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. This payment serves as a deposit and guarantees the availability of the selected accommodation.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation with a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours after completing the booking, in case of an error or any unforeseen circumstance.
After this 24-hour period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any cancellation made beyond this timeframe will result in the full loss of the amount paid.
3. No Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a late cancellation and will lead to the loss of the deposit.
If you expect to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
4. Modifications
Any request to modify dates or reservation details is subject to availability and may result in a change of price. Modifications do not alter the cancellation conditions outlined above.
